Food, Room, Style, decor, architecture. Just beautiful!
Some of the choices of tv channels were risque`
We have been staying in the Mabuhay Manor for many years now. We recommend it to our friends coming over to visit us. We appreciate the recognition we receive as pastors and we are always well treated by all the staff. I like have the Christian music at breakfast time and also being able to use the facilities available for prayer and even services there. As I am a retired US military person, it is convenient for me for going to the VA medical center and seems close to other needs as well.
Would be nice to offer more food options for menu of room service. The breakfast menu is great so maybe some new items also added there would make it excellent.
Clean rooms, nice foods, good service but they have to buy a new weighing scale for baggages.
Big rooms, big toilets, the swimming pool, friendly staff, nice breakfast
staffs are friendly and the breakfast except for the overcooked hardboiled eggs....
the room was big but the floor was so gritty..sandy somewhat...the linens were absolutely horrible.i did ask one staff ."he said the marks on the linens were due to the oil spilling( when people are having massage)....it was disgusting!!!!
No view only stret old hotel service bed in caling to desk
cozy ambiance, parking area's okay, room area is comfortable
The security officers were very nice and friendly and made sure that every time I was leaving, they wrote down the taxi's number. Also the staff in the restaurant was lovely.
The reception staff was unfriendly and the room's furniture was quite run down. The bathroom area was like on a boat - not proper walls & doors... I thought it was inappropriate to push messages on Christianity all over the place (in leaflets, on the telephone, Jesus music playing during the breakfast etc.) as the guests may be of different religions. The area was really shabby, so I didn't feel safe. Also, when I was just going behind the corner for a fast food restaurant, I was advised by the staff to not go on foot as it would not be safe for me.
I book the hotel online. I called the hotel, and speak to someone about having them pick me up in the airport. Thebreceptionist told me that when I book online, just leave a note that I wanted to be pickednup. I waited half hour in the airport, no one showed up to pick me up in the airport. The staff in the lobby didnt even apologize, infact they told me that they blamed it to the website and theymtold me its not their fault. A very disappointment experience
Shuttle service is available anytime
Breakfast starts at 6 am, i wanted it earlier or anytime after midnite Because our flight need us to be in the airport at 3 am, its a waste because it was a free breakfast
Accessible to the airport. Staffs are friendly and very helpful and respectful. The staffs are very sensitive to the needs of the customers. My mom needed to do her peritoneal dialysis, and we need a 110 volt converter so we can use her heating pad to warm up her dialysis solutions. The staffs were so gracious and accomodating enough to asssit us to warm his solutions using their resources and I did not expect the staffs to go beyond their scope loaning us a 110 volt converter/regulator so my mom can warm up her solution and do dialysis before we go to the province. I truly appreciate that act of kindness and sensitiveness from the staffs of Mabuhay Manor in such very late and wee hours of the night., Thank you so much... Mabuhay kayo. I was there on November 30, 2012.
nothing, everything was excellent. :)
Good breakfast Convenient location to shopping and other popular sites and destinations in Manila
Saw a couple of cockroaches in the room.
The convenience of being picked and brought to the airport is really the reason why I stay in this hotel. However the charge is much higher compared to taxis.
Breakfast almost the same everyday and don't taste good . foods from the restaurant and sutukil don't taste good also. You need a good cook, better tasting foods and more variety of menu-i'm sure guests will not go anywhere anymore to eat. The staff shows evidence of discrimination between foreigners and filipinos-also between tip givers and non-givers or small givers. Tips should be prohibited to avoid discrimination and poor service. The bathrooms should look very clean.
I like the food, staff are very courteous and friendly
Only one trip shuttle bus ride is free, how I wish it is a roundtrip free ride
Staff very helpful ,hotel clean but they did not look at our request for a quiet room!
We requested a quite room .it was very noisy as there was an air con machine outside the boarded up windows which went on all night .so we had no sleep and had had a very long journey to get there .we asked for brown bread sandwiches chicken we got white bread and no chicken!
